Our latest laser/phosphor edition produces razor-sharp images from all your SD, HD and 4K sources, with accurate color tracking and ultra-wide contrast performances – including from those sources encoded with the latest in HDR-10 dynamic range expansion modes.

But the real beauty of the PRO-817 is more than skin deep – the projector provides for ~20,000 hour life from custom BluHD™ laser modules – meaning your system will look as good as it does on day one, day 1000 and beyond. The laser/phosphor based illumination system – once set at the beginning – never needs to be recalibrated, or undergo frequent lamp replacements as typically required with other projectors.
Our optional ProScaler video processors deliver advanced calibration capabilities, plus the remarkable E-VariScope™ technologies – you can enjoy your favorite 1.78:1, 1.85:1, 2.35:1, etc. aspect ratio film and television content on suitable CinemaScopeTM 2.35:1 widescreens, without the need for an external anamorphic lens.
